Explosive UNCOMN Team Building at Asymmetric Solutions *explosive*

A quick call to Asymmetric Solutions and the 2019 UNCOMN Team Building competition was ready for launch. I think it’s safe to say it ended up being one of the coolest team building competitions ever!

We were broken into four groups by our Communities of Practice teams. (Business Architects, Solution Agilists, Systems Engineers, and Data Scientists)

Each team cycled through one of four different tactical exercises:

• Handgun Training
• Hand-to-Hand Combat
• Semi-Auto / Full-Auto Rifle Training (We shot through a car windshield!)
• Frag Order Extraction Exercise. (Extract a downed helicopter pilot during an ambush with one AR15 and one Humvee which gets hit by an unexpected IED)

There was a single timed competition during each exercise. Congratulations to the Business Architect CoP team for taking home the streamer! They won the overall competition!

As you will see at the end of the video, someone had the idea to wrap 30 feet of detonation cord around 15 gasoline-filled water bottles and then place half of the company in front of it for a photo. it was extremely hot… and extremely awesome.
