He is an active member in his community and promoter and supporter of local industry. A husband of one and father of five, Jason enjoys hunting, reading, and a good scotch or bourbon. He is competent at pool and bad at golf, though he aspires to greatness in each.

Bob has 20+ years of diverse technical experience in software engineering, data engineering, and software quality assurance. His professional journey has traversed various sectors, such as DoD, Telecommunications, Healthcare, HR Solutions, Technology, and Insurance. Additionally, Bob’s service in the Army Reserves, specifically in the Signal Corps, adds depth to his skill set. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Illinois. Aligned with the core values of UNCOMN, Bob remains dedicated to upholding them in his work endeavors. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, unplugging from technology, being outdoors, and just enjoying life.

A Texan native, Dr Thomas Rhoden began his foray into writing to and managing Bid & Proposals for the Federal Government nearly twenty years ago as a Peace Corps Volunteer along the border of Thailand and Laos. As UNCOMN’s Director of Federal Proposals, Dr Rhoden continues to support, lead, and win with fantastic teams to this day. He holds a PhD in Political Science from Northern Illinois University, an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a BA in Management from Webster University Thailand. Dr Rhoden is certified in PMP, CSM, ITIL, and APMP, speaks four languages, and has published twenty-plus academic journal articles, standalone books, and short stories. He currently lives in Chiang Mai with his wife, two children, and motorcycle.

In addition to her professional career, Janice spends time helping the community by participating in local events with the VFW Local Post #804, Children’s Dyslexia Center, St. Louis, UNCOMN’s Spirit of Christmas and Adopt-a-Highway. You will also see Janice attending sporting events especially baseball games.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Missouri St. Louis and an MBA from Maryville University. Katie currently leads the Finance and Accounting team at UNCOMN. This team handles financial reporting, forecasting, project control, compliance and financial audits, payroll, and tax review. Katie is a wife and mom to two adding hockey and gymnastic mom to her resume. She enjoys lake life, camping, playing cards, spending time with friends and pop culture podcasts.
