IT Schedule 70 is a Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract for Commercial IT products/services that are available to federal agencies worldwide. It is one of the largest contracts in government used by agencies to purchase technology products and services.

UNCOMN holds the SeaPort-NxG Contract in the Small Business category. Under SeaPort NxG, UNCOMN can provide Systems Engineering, Software Development, Research and Development, System Design Documentation and Technical Data, Financial Analysis, Quality Assurance, Configuration Management, Information Technology, and Logistics Support. Task orders may include services that span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of the Navy (DON) ordering activities.

1. OASIS and OASIS Small Business | GSA 

2. OASIS SB is a governmentwide multiple award, IDIQ contract that provides a streamlined acquisition process to procure solutions for complex professional services. The scope of OASIS spans the core disciplines of Program Management, Management Consulting, Logistics, Engineering, Scientific, and Financial services. 

The One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS)+ Multi-Agency Contract (MAC) is a Government-wide, multiple award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) acquisition program for services. The program is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for commercial and non-commercial requirements. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, facilities and materials necessary to perform each requirement solicited through the contract on a task order basis. 

The objective of this contract is to provide Government agencies with total integrated solutions for a multitude of services-based requirements on a global basis. These services requirements may call for solutions that cross multiple disciplines, include ancillary support, may be commercial and/or non-commercial, using a variety of contract types including fixed price (all types), cost reimbursement (all types), time and materials/labor hour, or a hybrid mix of contract types. 

This contract is available for use by all Federal agencies and other entities listed in GSA Order ADM 4800.2I, Eligibility to Use GSA Sources of Supply and Service as amended. 

The contract scope is organized by Domains. The term Domain refers to functional groupings of related services spanning multiple North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes. When issuing task order solicitations, the OCO will select (1) the Domain best aligned to their requirements and (2) the NAICS under that Domain best aligned to the principal purpose of the work. The chosen order-level NAICS will determine the size standard based on the awardee’s size at the time of the IDIQ offer for that NAICS, unless the OCO’s order solicitation explicitly requires a size re-representation from all Offerors at the order level. There are 7 current domains of Management & Advisory; Technical & Engineering; Research & Development; Intelligence Services; Environmental Services; and Facilities.
