During his 20-year Navy career, he earned two Master’s degrees in Military Operational Art and Science and Information Technology Management, and sailed on five deployments. He is an active member in his community and promoter and supporter of local industry. A husband of one and father of five, Jason enjoys hunting, reading, and a good scotch or bourbon. He is competent at pool and bad at golf, though he aspires to greatness in each.

This includes all Government and Commercial Sales generation along with all Government and Commercial contract execution. Known for his software development agility, honesty and relationship building, he keeps open lines of communication with customers to ensure their expectations are met. Nick started SAFB IT Professionals group on LinkedIn, bringing together technology professionals at Scott Air Force Base.

He holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from University of Missouri-Columbia, Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Purdue University, and Bachelor of Business Administration from Truman State University. He is a Member of the Missouri Bar and has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Jimmy has a wife, one kiddo, and enjoys playing hockey when he can.

Our Director of Cloud Services, Randy is certified across all major Cloud Service Providers as well as a Certified Enterprise Architect from Carnegie Mellon, Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Enterprise Design Thinking.

Troy began with the company in August 2015 as a functional consultant and has since held several roles including Community Practice Lead, Project Manager, Deputy Program Manager, Director of People Ops, and currently serves as Vice President of Team Member Services. In his current role, Troy oversees Internal IT, Facility Security, Facility Ops, and Team Member Services (HR).

Prior to starting at UNCOMN, Janice enjoyed a 20+ year career in the private sector serving clients by implementing ERP solutions, developing software solutions, managing large sets of data, and training/managing team members.  In the last 8 years, she has helped the public sector in IT-solutioning with a balance of architecture, engineering, and data.  She possesses a Master of Science in IT Management, PMP, ITIL v4, and Sec+ certifications all of which she uses today to help guide programs for the client.  In addition to her professional career, Janice spends time helping the community by participating in local events with the VFW Local Post #804, Children’s Dyslexia Center, St. Louis, UNCOMN’s Spirit of Christmas and Adopt-a-Highway.  You will also see Janice attending sporting events especially baseball games.

As UNCOMN’s Director of Federal Proposals, Dr Rhoden continues to support, lead, and win with fantastic teams to this day. He holds a PhD in Political Science from Northern Illinois University, an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a BA in Management from Webster University Thailand. Dr Rhoden is certified in PMP, CSM, ITIL, and APMP, speaks four languages, and has published twenty-plus academic journal articles, standalone books, and short stories. He currently lives in Chiang Mai with his wife, two children, and motorcycle.
