During his 20-year Navy career, he earned two Master’s degrees in Military Operational Art and Science and Information Technology Management, and sailed on five deployments. He is an active member in his community and promoter and supporter of local industry. A husband of one and father of five, Jason enjoys hunting, reading, and a good scotch or bourbon. He is competent at pool and bad at golf, though he aspires to greatness in each.

He holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from University of Missouri-Columbia, Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Purdue University, and Bachelor of Business Administration from Truman State University. He is a Member of the Missouri Bar and has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Jimmy has a wife, one kiddo, and enjoys playing hockey when he can.

His professional journey has traversed various sectors, such as DoD, Telecommunications, Healthcare, HR Solutions, Technology, and Insurance. Additionally, Bob’s service in the Army Reserves, specifically in the Signal Corps, adds depth to his skill set. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Illinois. Aligned with the core values of UNCOMN, Bob remains dedicated to upholding them in his work endeavors. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, unplugging from technology, being outdoors, and just enjoying life.

Prior to joining UNCOMN, Brad served as a Plant Manager at a pharmaceutical contract manufacturing company. His expertise extends to providing management and consulting services for the US Transportation Command and the US Marine Corps. His academic qualifications include a master’s degree in economics, and he holds certifications in Program Management (PMP) and Logistics and Transportation
