UNCOMN’s Communities of Practice (COPs) are designed to empower team members to expand their skill sets in whatever areas they wish to grow, providing opportunities to develop professional skills, share information and expertise, incubate new ideas and innovations, and collaborate with experienced professionals. You choose your COP; we provide the framework and the collaborative environment in which to grow.
Each CoP offers five levels of career progression that opens up opportunities for new and more challenging work while guiding each team member to areas to grow their own knowledge, skills, and abilities to reach that next level.
